The ATE Series Partial Rotary Electric Actuator are used to control valves and other similar products that rotate from 0 ° to 270 °, such as butterfly valves, ball valves, air doors, baffle valves, plug valves, louver valves, etc. They can be widely used in various industries such as petroleum, chemical, water treatment, shipbuilding, papermaking, power plants, heating, building automation, and light industry. It is driven by a 380V/220V/110V AC power supply and controlled by a 4-20mA current signal or a 0-10VDC voltage signal. It can move the valve to the desired position and achieve automatic control, with a maximum output torque of 5000N · M.
●Shell——The shell is made of hard aluminum alloy, which has undergone anodizing treatment and polyester powder coating, with strong corrosion resistance. The protection level is IP67, NEMA4 and 6, and IP68 and explosion-proof types are available for selection.
●Electric Machine——Fully enclosed squirrel cage motor, small size, high torque, low inertia force, insulation level of F, built-in overheat protection switch, can prevent motor damage caused by overheating.
●Limit Switch——Mechanical and electronic dual limit. The mechanical limit screw is adjustable, safe and reliable; The electronic limit switch is controlled by a cam mechanism, and a simple adjustment mechanism can accurately and conveniently set the position without the need for battery support. (Micro switch contacts are all silver contacts)
●Torque Switch——Overload protection can be provided (excluding ATE-005/008/010), which automatically disconnects the motor power supply in case of valve jamming or foreign objects, effectively protecting the valve and electric actuator from damage. (It has been set before leaving the factory, please do not change the settings arbitrarily)
●Self-locking——The precision double worm gear mechanism can efficiently transmit large torque, with high efficiency, low noise (up to 50 decibels), long service life, self-locking function, prevention of reverse rotation, stable and reliable transmission part, and has been filled with high-efficiency lubricating grease before leaving the factory. No further refueling is required for use.
●Mounting——The bottom installation dimensions comply with the ISO5211 international standard, and the drive shaft sleeve can be removed for processing as needed, with strong adaptability. It can be installed vertically or horizontally.
●Intelligent Module——The control board adopts a high integration and low power consumption microcontroller mixed with analog circuits, and adopts a fully metal external installation to effectively isolate the heat source of the actuator motor from the control board, greatly improving the anti-interference performance and temperature resistance of software and hardware.
●Automatic Adjustment of Phase Sequence——The intelligent actuator automatically detects the phase sequence of the connected three-phase power supply, without the need for users to consider the phase sequence of the three-phase power supply.
